Coronavirus: Covid-19 Update

As we all try to work our way through the Covid-19 outbreak we just wanted to highlight what we at Euro Gas are doing to assist our customers.

Our office will remain open for as long as possible and in line with the government’s guidance. We have taken measures to protect our staff in line with the personal distancing advice. As such we are still here to answer your queries, help select the right product for your latest design and offer technical advice. All of your Euro Gas contacts are available either through the office or on mobile and email.

Our spare parts division remains fully operational but we do ask you to adhere to one of the two following measures: –

1. If you plan to collect your spare parts, please call ahead with your requirements and will have your order ready for you to collect. Please wait in reception when you arrive rather than coming into the main sales office.
2. We obviously have the ability to send your spare parts on overnight courier. If you would like to avail of this then please give us a call and we will get these deliveries picked and packed the same day. Please bear in mind the cut off will be 2.30pm.

We have the ability to meet with you via a number of external working platforms so if you need to see us then please give us a call and we can arrange a video call.

We are working really hard not let our customers down during this time, as such we are liaising constantly with our supply chain to mitigate any delays on deliveries. It goes without saying that some delays will be inevitable dependant on the source country of the goods. Where this happens, we will work with you to minimise the disruption.

We will continue to follow the guidance of the HSE and will obviously update you should the circumstances change.
