Q. What do you think are the biggest obstacles facing the industry?
nZeb and complying with the regulation. It is a challenge for consultants to be able to design heating systems which comply with the regulation but also for the suppliers to stay ahead of the regulation and make sure they not only have product which fits the bill, but more importantly understand and can share the knowledge of how to integrate it with more traditional products to ensure the system works as per the design. The further challenge is for the contractor and service company to quickly get up to speed to ensure the new technology is installed correctly and maintained to high standards.

Q. If you could meet anyone living or dead who would it be?
It would have to be Seve Ballesteros. He was a master of recovering from a difficult position on the golf course and I could do with some tips in that department!
