Euro Gas Ltd hosted a comprehensive Remeha Training Course recently for all of our service engineers. This was carried out over two days and was attended by 35 engineers.

The course covered the recently launched Remeha Quinta Ace 160 boiler and the engineers were given technical instruction by a Remeha service technical engineer. Over the course of the two days, all engineers were provided with theory and practical information on this boiler range and we used a live school site where we have four of these boilers mounted on a cascade frame so that the participants could familiarise themselves with the various components as well as making settings changes and fault finding.

The engineers were supplied with a comprehensive information pack including data on the new controls platform, which is also used on the newest model Gas 220. The platform will be rolled out to cover all future models and will offer a higher level of information as well as having the facility to be expanded to provide additional functions such as boiler sequencing and individual zone controls and DHW production control.

Following the formal training, Euro Gas Ltd hosted a go karting Grand Prix which allowed the participants to display their racing skills and with a wet outdoor track, the slick conditions made for interesting driving. The evening finished off with dinner and it was our pleasure to spend time with our valued service engineering group.
