Euro Gas Ltd working closely with JV Tierney & Co. Consulting Engineers and LMC Engineering recently completed works on the first purpose-built student accommodation complexes in Mill Street, Dublin 8 for students of Trinity College Dublin. Euro Gas Ltd were awarded the order for the supply of mechanical services equipment for a 380 bed student residence on Mill St in Dublin. The development is approximately 15,000m2and consists of six blocks of accommodation with varying number of floors over ground which provides the main horizontal route for M&E services between the blocks.
The buildings comprise Student Residential Accommodation with retail units, management suite, laundry, gym, sports areas and student common areas located at ground level. The main plantroom is located at ground level featuring 2200kW of combined boiler output.

Scope of Supply:
- Fortes Twin Plate Heat Interface Units for production of LPHW and Domestic Hot Water to each apartment cluster.
- Rendamax high efficiency LPHW boilers into the central plantroom.
- Stainless Steel Flues for the boilers to roof level.
- Boilerhouse Gas Detection System.
