Techrete Ireland Ltd, who are based in Balbriggan, is a successful Irish company and is major manufacturer and installer of bespoke products for the architectural precast concrete market.

As part of their process, they contacted Euro Gas Ltd. for a heating solution for a new extension to their production area. We selected Reznor UDSA direct gas fired warm air heaters. Given the tough working environment, the heaters are performing very well and coupled with the Smartcom control panels, the client is able to adjust working times and temperatures to their exact requirements.

The heaters were installed by Tritech Engineering Ltd and the units have been working hard over the last few months to maintain the temperatures within the production space. Uniquely, the client turns the heaters on in the evening after production has ceased and while the building is sealed with all doors closed, it allows rapid heat up to assist with the curing process of their product.

The Reznor UDSA range are capable of covering a broad range of applications including industrial warehousing and logistic applications, large public areas such as sports halls and gyms down to small retail outlets.

Reznor UDSA models can be supplied in a range of outputs from 11kW to 97kW and are manufactured to exceed the requirements of the ERP standards using modulating gas burners which are suitable for either natural gas or LPG. If higher efficiencies are required, condensing versions are also available. The heaters are supplied with a Smartcom controller for accurate temperature and time control. For multi heater operation, the controllers can be easily interlinked to one another for Master/Slave operation and can also be controlled remotely where required.
